This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase on overcare.fr (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, the websites or search terms that brought you to the Site, and information about how how you interact with the Site. We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

COOKIES

This is a list of cookies that we use. We have listed them here so that you have the option to choose whether you want to allow them or not.

• _session_id, a unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
• _shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes since last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits.
• _shopify_uniq, no data held, expires at midnight (depending on visitor location) the next day. Calculates the number of visits to a store per unique customer.
• cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information relating to your shopping cart.
• _secure_session_id, unique session identifier
• storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, it is used to know if the current visitor has access.
• - “Log files” track Site activity and collect data such as your IP address, the type of browser you are using, your Internet service provider, your referring and exit pages, and your timestamp data (date and hour).
• - “Web beacons”, “tags” and “pixels” are electronic files that record information about how you browse the Site.
• Additionally, when you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information about you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including your phone numbers). credit card information, your email address, and your phone number. This automatically collected information is referred to as “Order Information.”

When we use the term “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we refer to both Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Generally, we use the Order Information that we collect to process any orders placed through the Site (including to process your payment information, arrange for shipment of your order, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

SECURITY _

Marketing Text and Notifications (if applicable): By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our subscription or keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and SMS marketing offers. Marketing text messages will not exceed 3 per month. You can unsubscribe from any further text messages by clicking on the unsubscribe link. Sending text messages or using automations requires that you provide the recipients' phone numbers or names to our importer. We will store and use this data to show you campaign analytics and results, including message delivery status, sent status, and in some cases whether the purchase resulted in a sale. If you decide to use our link shortener in text messages, we will collect information about whether or not the link was clicked and use it to display the results in your analytics. Any other third party services you may decide to use outside the scope of smsbump.com (third party link shortener, GA tracking, etc.) you will be referred to their specific third party policies which you must accept. When sending text messages, we will pass the data to our text message carrier for delivery. Information is only shared with our operator when initiating a marketing campaign. If your recipients no longer wish to receive messages, they should reply to the message with STOP or contact us at the email address below so we can successfully unsubscribe them.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will keep your Order Information on file unless and until you ask us to delete it.

CHANGES

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
